Free CCBN 2009 Visit Report

I usually do visit reports when I am going to conferences or trade shows in order to keep traces of what I have seen and the people I have met. I
found out that it helps me finding out the information I need few months later.
I have decided to share it, thinking it might be useful to others. Only thing I have in my version that is not in this one, is one page with all
business cards from people I met.
This is the first time I am sharing this kind of document, so I would be glad to have your feedback to improve or just to know if it was useful!
